HHV effusion sources for organics
HHV's temperature-controlled OLED sources are designed to complement HHV glove box deposition systems. The compact sources evaporate organic compounds such as PbI and AlQ3 for the development and manufacture of devices such as OLEDs and organic photovoltaics.
